2012 Capitol Ornament
The 2012 Texas Capitol Ornament showcases the fence finial that surrounds our 22-acres that we call the Capitol Grounds. This year's ornament features the historic wrought-iron and cast-iron fencing, installed by 1890. The 2012 Ornament uniquely features Texas' Lone Star motif, depicted in the finials, which feature a gold star atop stylized black leaves.
Our seventeenth ornament in the series, Finished in 24k gold and presented in a handsome velour-lined gift box. All proceeds support Capitol preservation and education projects.
